Literally useless
From an employee standpoint, if you’re trying to get to a store, you literally cannot look up a store by number: say you’re looking for store 9; you’ll be first directed to every single location with a 9 in its designation, then to every location with a 9 in its address…at the very bottom of the list: Store 9. Try searching for the store’s title (e.g., “Plaid Store 9), NOPE, that yields zero results at all…WOW. For a company with a $6mil./year yield, this app is a FAIL. Use the website instead. App Deleted.

Feels like they made an app because it's what everyone is doing. Have had to reinstall many times, constantly crashes.

Constantly telling me that I'm offline when I'm not and every other app that requires data works fine. Resync did nothing.
The Plaid has an app?!
It shows specials, has a memory game, after like 2 years they updated it and a few times since! No more crashes. You can apply to work there through the app. I frequently earn free 32oz sodas through the game in the app, even $1 off a coffee can be won.

Pointless
No specials for having the app. The "game" is memory and you earn tries by going to their stores. I've gotten 4 tries and no points yet, 50 points gets you a coffee or soft drink thats it... Looks like the point of this app is for PP to cyberstalk it's customers.

Happy Kids on a Budget
We use the app before we leave the house. The kids choose what the would like from the Deal feature and I go in and get it. No more kids endlessly wandering the store unable to pick.
