I sometimes need to paste text from one app into another. The second app captures formatting but is tough to reformat. All I want to do is “Copy/Paste Special—Plain Text”, and this app allows you to do so easily and efficiently.
Quick and clean
The Dev understood the assignment. It is a lightweight, no-frills way to turn formatted text copied from one source into plain text that can then be copied/pasted into a new space.
I haven’t tried it with markdowns, but I use it to copy text from pictures and apps into my Notes app. For that purpose, it’s great.

Efficient and well made productivtiy boost
I really enjoy the simplicity and functionality of this application. It does exactly what it says it does—seamlessly copy and paste text into plain format. I downloaded it and used several dozen times on the first day copying and pasting between a PDF textbook with odd formatting and a word document.
Plain paste erases all the annoying formatting issues that you deal with when using normal copy and paste.
