You are a coach or an athlete and want to know more about the control of your training or competition?
With the app you get valuable information about your training control. Avoidable injuries of athletes can be prevented.
Through a questionnaire before and after a sports activity with various questions about personal well-being, motivation, pain and sleep quality, the coach simply and clearly obtains the current state of health of his athletes. The coach can also compare his planned training intensity with the athletes' answers and thus quickly receive feedback.
The app is personalized and requires a password-protected login from every member.
The coach creates the recording of the individual trainings or competitions in the cloud-based application. He can send these dates to each of his athletes on the app. The athlete answers the corresponding questions on the app directly and at the scene of the event.
