Best lesson planner out there!
I’ve been using Planbook for around 10 years and it is absolutely the best. I can design my own templates, add standards with just a click, save my files to a unit, bump lessons for inclement weather days, copy or extend lessons, and SO MUCH MORE. I will never use anything else.
Set up headaches
Every year, setup is miserable. Things change from year to year & it’s difficult to figure out. Once things have been set, the rest of the year is a breeze & it’s amazing. Too bad you didn’t ask for a rating later in the year…you would’ve gotten 4-stars! But I’ve been working on this setup for 2 hours now (& it’s a simple schedule!) so it’s a 1-star rating! :)

Speech to text
The only reason I gave it three stars is because there have been times that I have tried to use speech to text and I’ve had to record it two or three times and it still doesn’t work. Then I end up typing it taking more time out of my crazy busy day.
Does what it promises - and then some.
I have never regretted my subscription to Planbook.com. I recently went ahead and renewed for three years (I would buy lifetime if it were available). There are no ads and this application delivers on all its promises. I teach a combined age class and the ability to build lesson banks separated by units is invaluable. The only thing I would like to see is a desktop application. Right now on my computer I need to go to Planbook.com. I would prefer an application installed directly to my hard drive.

A fantastic planning tool for teachers
Planbook has all you need to organise your weeks lessons, todo and everything else. Setting up my classes, recesses and TODO has given the structure to cover everything in my teaching week. Highly recommended.

The planner I’ve been waiting for all my life!
I’ve been teaching for 23 years and have tried a number of planning solutions: paper, Excel, Outlook etc. Planbook is far and away the best. It’s user-friendly, logical and clear. I use the app on my phone and the web-version on my laptop, and am extremely happy with both!
Best tool
I am always hesitant to purchase products. This is one I support. The customer service is amazing. The layout is great.
Deleting a class
I tried to delete a class i didn’t need and could not do it
Best digital planner
Planbook is hands down the best digital planner for teachers! It’s so easy to organize lessons, insert links and access everything year after year. On top of that, their customer service is phenomenal and keeps me loyal to them! Highly recommend them to any teacher looking for a long term planning tool

I spend more time restarting than actually planning. It is always glitching.
Crashes very frequently
A great app for planning and organizing. I hope they fix the constant crashing when editing lessons/classes, as well as continue to update the interface to make more user-friendly.
Trial only worked for one lesson plan
I tried to set a different day to plan a lesson and when I press the tick mark to save it, everything was deleted. This app needs a lot of work.
Love the toggle option!!
I LOVE how you can toggle from month to day, view one or all classes.
I don’t give it 5 stars simply because of its processing speed. It seems to have improved as compared to previous years. Every little change takes a few seconds to process so in the flow of writing, it doesn’t make it the best tool to plan directly on.
Maybe I’m being unfair because I am expecting the same response as a rule. All in all leaving out outside, it’s an excellent platform and if it were not for that, I will give it five stars.

Don’t trust!!
Generally I like this app but I have lost SO many lesson plans because I’ll be in the app and then need to check something in another app, like a definition, and when I go RIGHT back to this app (took me about 30 seconds) everything was gone. I keep forgetting to hit the stupid check mark to save. Can you please make it auto-save?! Thank you

Events in Apps don’t work
This is a great company and website! However, the app is a little more touchy. For the majority, if not the full school year, I’ve been unable to create events on the app, but this is something I used to be able to do. I get an error telling me to pick a valid start time, but nothing is wrong with the time I pick. Please fix! Other than that, this is a great way to do plans on the go! Thanks for making a great program!

Great except google sign in doesn’t work on app
Love the app on my desktop and can’t live without it. The app, however, does not allow for single sign on like google as the desktop does, rendering my access to the app useless. I’ve already paid for an account with my sign on, so not willing to make another. 5 stars for the program, 1 to the app for lack of access. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Will wait for updates, but this really limits my mobility.

Way too buggy
This app is trash. Way too buggy and super clumsy. If my school wasn’t using this, I certainly wouldn’t be either.
