Terrible and deleted
Another worthless app. No offline reading, which defeats the purpose of having a subscription. When you need assistance, P&P just can’t seem to find your email address. Of course, I’m sure they’ll be able to find all of my info when it comes time to renew my subscription!

Works well, the magazine is very informative.
PandP Goes Online-only, but no access for paper mag subscribers?
So Plane and Pilot stopped mailing paper magazines to all subscribers and moved to a digital-only format. I install the app on my phone and table to be able to read the new issues, but no, the app is only for digital subscribers. I get the whole no publishing during COVID thing, but if you’re going to do that, at least provide a native mobile device experience (which already exists for digital subscribers). Don’t force me to read issues in a web browser.

The new app is a nightmare
After the new app installed itsself the complete library is gone and won’t restore. Even worse: no access to new issues with the app!
The only way to get the issues: online reading through your browser.

Don’t buy
Even though you buy a subscription through the App Store the app will not recognize this and prompt you to pay for each issue. Try to get customer service to reply.....they’re non-existent.

App won't even open
The app won't even open on a new iPad running the latest software. It just crashes every time it is opened.
Subscription doesn't work
Paid for subscription and sometimes for a few minutes, you can read an issue, then it locks out again. Restoring iTunes purchases does nothing.
iTunes Subscription does not work
All I want to do is read this magazine and I can download sometimes but then when I re-open the app, they are gone and it asks me to subscribe again. Even the Restore Purchases does not work. Reallt sad state when everyone on here is complaining and they have done nothing about it.
Crashes
Ever since the new update on iOS 9. The app opens and when you download magazines the magazines won't open and it crashes. Downloaded the new iOS 10 same problem will not be renewing my subscription because it's so hard to get with the app designer or contact company to tell them about the problem. I guess I'll stick with flying magazine instead. Wish I could give negative stars.

Where's my subscription?
After paying for a yearly subscription I've only been able to view one month. Was never able to get the subsequent months even after following the in app FAQs. I tried using the email address to the editor for support and it's a dead link, the email just bounces back. Waste of my money.
