This software is exactly what I’ve been after and as a user of PlaneBase, it’s the perfect partner. I recommend this to anyone who uses PlaneBase and want to record aircraft sightings on the move.
Excellent, easy to use and makes modern day spotting so much easier
PB Mobile is the perfect easy reference tool for logging and searching registrations when you are out and about, it’s eliminated the need to carry a laptop or paper around.
The app allows me to check instantly whether I need something or not which has proved to be a very useful feature, ideal for when you’re short on time
Paper free logging of aircraft is quick and easy, especially good when you’re jumping on and off aircraft and carrying luggage about.
The app is well written and intuitive, very easy to use and is linked to an extensive database. I’ve used it a lot now and its made spotting a lot more efficient.

Planebase Software is a must for aviation enthusiasts, the addition of PB Mobile for iOS takes PB to the next league.
Brilliant App
This is a must have app for anybody who has Planebase. You can log aircraft on the go and send them all via email to any groups your on. Your able to see which aircraft you need at any airport instead of writing everything down.

Couldn’t be happier with the recent release of the iOS version of Planebase Mobile. It’s been a long time coming, but so worth the wait! Immediate ability to quick reference sightings and requirements on the move brings this aspect of the hobby into the 21st century. Sensational!
This is the app that overnight has revolutionised our hobby. It allows registration searches, type lists, fleet lists, base lists amongst numerous other functions. The days of carrying a heavy laptop around are no more as the all information I need is now on my mobile phone.

Wow, this has really changed how I do my hobby. It’s now so easy to check if an aircraft is required ( not seen before), log it and add to my Planebase programme on my laptop. Life is so much easier now when away from home.

What I’ve been waiting for, the excellent PlaneBase on an Apple device! Congratulations to the hard working team that put this together. This is an excellent App which is flexible, simple and easy to use and with the regular DataBase updates on PlaneBase you will always have an up to date record available to you whilst on the move. The features are many and the logging system really simple to use. An all around first class App for the discerning aviation enthusiast.

Couldn’t want for more
This is the perfect companion for my PlaneBase software. You get the most out of this app if you log your sightings in PlaneBase and the easy transfer of a file from your PC to your device means you have a database at your fingertips. You are able to look up individual aircraft and know instantly if you need it or not. You can then log it and are able email your log to groups and yourself for easy import in to the main program. You can view fleet lists and type lists in the app and has filters so you can see what you need at a glance. There are multiple options and I think will keep all users happy. Well done to the developer for the effort he has made to get this app online.

Fantastic app!
Enables you to check/log/research aircraft when away from home and send logs via email. Requires the desktop application to be fully workable but it’s a superb mobile add on and is highly recommended, almost removing the need for paper logs out and about.
