I love Planet 13 in Ocala. I’ve tried several other dispensaries, but I keep on coming back to Planet 13.

UPDATE: The app is broken again and only works like 20% of the time yet the website works fine.
The problem is no longer the app, it is the company Planet 13. When it was Vidacann they had great prices and good quality. P13 took over and immediately raised prices & cut quality. VC was one of the best dispensaries and now p13 is towards the bottom. Better deals and quality at almost every other dispensary.

They have sent me texts about their sales, oftentimes in the middle of the night. I can’t get it to stop. I think I’ve shopped there once and wasn’t impressed by quality or price.

Disappointed is an understatement. I loved the original MMTC and gave P13 a chance for a year. If you left pharmaceuticals due to the involvement of science, why would you buy “natural” products created with such practices? Drop the chemicals and science and I might come back, but as of now I no longer support Planet 13 or any of its missions or platforms. Previous Planet 13 Florida patient/customer.
PS the app sucks and doesn’t keep order history or clear up the notifications/alerts even after multiple attempts. Order history being my biggest issue, because looking back on previous purchases helps in future purchase…..

Great product/App needs work
Too many glitches. Orders show “ready to pick up” have been picked up. Doesn’t notify when order is ready. Points total doesn’t make sense.
