Instantly got an error message, talking about the apps license key has been cancelled? Can’t even use!🤦🏽♀️ this is seriously frustrating!!

I gave this 5 stars at the beginning. It was great, worked well and kids loved it. However now it won't work and there hasn't been any reply to my attempted contacts over these weeks possibly months.
App crashes
Bought 3 new bibles in hopes our kids would read and enjoy them together with there iPads but the app instantly crashes a license error shows or it just continues to scan a blank screen. Upsets me to buy three bibles that can’t be used with the app. Bible is beautiful and illustrate well I would say the physical bible would get 4 stars
