The worst app ever
Has never worked and Planet Beach does nothing to fix it/make it better.
App is in need of serious TLC

Worst App to promote this brand
I use TONS of apps and this by far is the worst. I’d be happy if Planet Beach just invested in creating a service appointment app only for those franchises to use. I’m a planet beach member for over 3 yrs and this app has gotten worse each year. There’s no excuse to not have a functional app in this digital age for a brand that advertises top of the line health and wellness services. Make it better Corporate Planet Beach.

I would love this app so much if the home screen displayed the different service and options to book appointments on each service listed. Once you have appointments they can be a posting on the Home Screen, maybe that the very top or to the left or right, you get it girl. Less focus on hot works and more focus on Planet Beach. I love the calorie counting and stuff too but that kind of thing would be a great option in the menu side bar. Fixing this app is gonna make or break a lot of peoples’ experience with your company. They world is digital. Having an app like this makes your company look cheap. Cmon now yhall we all know you’re better than that ♥️

Please update app
Would be awesome to easily find times available for certain spa services instead of having to sign back in every single time clicking on a time and hoping that it’s available. Also would be very helpful to be able to cancel an appointment on app instead of having to call
Frustrating app
I love Planet Beach but this is a horribly designed app. It’s almost impossible to schedule an appointment. It would be so much easier if you could select a service and see the available times for that day. Playing the guessing game to see when a service is free is infuriating.
Can’t even log in
I’ve never been able to even log in. No response to my inquiry from corporate. My store says my account is set up correctly. Very frustrating.
Incredibly frustrating
It would be so much more helpful if the app displayed what time each spa service is available instead of randomly guessing a time and hoping for a winner. It would also be helpful if there was a description of each service and the possible timeframe of said service. The other incredibly frustrating thing is when the time selected doesn’t work for your desired spa service, tapping the “back” button to select a new time completely kicks you out and you have to go through several pages to get back. It’s a total waste of time. Until the app is better, I’ll just call in so I can ask what the earliest time availability is for my desired sessions and ask questions since I’m new and don’t remember what every service is.
