Clocks needed
Hello planet fitness it would make training in a bit easier if there were clocks around a few areas so you could keep an eye on your recovery between sets otherwise it’s a great place to train cheers thanks 👍

Convenient
Casula PF it is open 24 hours and in a shopping area having some parking around makes it convenient (parking at busy times can become a challenge though but manageable). Facility is ok for a good cardio or weight work out. They need to do a little bit better for massage chairs for black card holders.

Some issue
If the code scanning code can be added to apple wallet, it would be better. Some time the app errored, i couldn’t get in the code need to ask staff to sign in.

Notifications to do with routine
I would really appreciate if you stopped sending me notifications to tell me I have a certain amount of things to do.

Good but could be amazing
Have used the app for some time but first designed workout and found it buggy. Timer only works when the screen is on and there is no way to edit weight while in a workout. Biggest miss for me is that while the app reads data from Apple Health there is no data being written. Sync to Apple Watch for HR etc would also be excellent for the workout.

Most TV’s broken or off - equipment need repair
We stopped going six months ago due to broken tvs and tvs with text frozen. It’s really annoying and the staff won’t do anything about it. There are exercise benches with torn fabrics.

Workouts in calendar not in workouts and can’t find the Apple Watch app
Worst app
I usually go to gym after hours and scan the QR code but this is the second time in a few months that my code isn’t working while my payments keep getting detected. If you don’t have the proper setup then don’t offer the services you cannot.
Bugs
Too many bugs, just too many bugs.
App issues
Love the app, loving the gym. Only writing a review as the app is now not showing how many people are at the gym. It’s just 0 for all of them. It’s been like this for the last week. It’s convenient to know how many people there are as we schedule around busy periods. Please fix this issue!
