Woefully inaccurate
The AR stuff just kind of floats around and doesn't measure anything accurately. Also one misstep measuring a room and you have to start all over. Accidentally hit the wrong button and you lose all your progress. There's also no way to edit a room after you've saved it.
Don't waste your money like I did. Avoid this app.

Heaps of potential but requires tweaking for A professional product.
1/Accurately editing angles & lengths E.g. Double tap on a wall or corner to display edit dialog-box for editing metric/imperial values.
2/Add Rooms E.g. Edit existing project/floor-plan by extending or adding another room to the exisiting data, not create a new sheet/plan. What if I want to add the property boundary to the building plan.
3/Adding interior doors, walls & steps E.g. Cupboards, Wardrobes & Shower recess.
4/Add compass rose E.g. North arrow.
5/Add elevation details E.g. A lot of buildings are built into a slope, so exterior paths currently often don’t work with this app, but it would also be nice to know the height from sea level.
After making the above changes think about adding objective data like furniture & plants with sun light orientation timing simulation, into this app & it truly would be a professional application for Architects, interior designers, Landscapers, Property/Project managers/inspectors. As well as be of interest to any one needing to draw up a floor plan accurately, quickly, easily, efficiently & not to mention “on the cheap”. But I like what I see so far, & hope you do well with this product.
P.s. Make these changes & this app would get 5 stars from me, but as it stands, it just isn’t #1 Accurate enough...

I want a refund
Absolutely useless app. AR screws up, no way to edit doors/windows after finishing, a total waste of money.
.
A misclick while attempting to place a door can delete all the measurements for a room so far, with no prompting. Too unreliable to want to use longer than this.
