Cancelled but still charged
I cancelled my subscription and was still charged $120 waiting to hear back about a refund
Update: they are refusing the refund and customer service is extremely short and just try to get rid of you as fast as they can

Terrible app that charges you immediately, despite advertising a free trial
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app offers a 3 day trial but charges you immediately. On download, it’s useless at what I wanted it for in any case - and on contacting customer services, they refused to issue a refund despite their false advertising of a free trial. I would give it no stars if possible.
Not Useful
Uploading a floor plan and not being able to accurately scale the floor plan makes this app completely useless

Great, but glitchy
The ability to lay things out and see them in 3D is wonderful. For $120 year, I would expect more customization and I would really expect some backup system. I’ve lost projects that I worked for hours on, even on help function it says there is no backup. For a free app I could understand this…let’s just say I won’t be renewing my subscription.

Scanning plan function fail, 24hr trial rips you off!
Purchased this app because I wanted to scan a plan for my home, a boasted feature in the ads. Walls were broken or missing and room labels made no sense. Upload a plan and provide scale and the software just randomly runs with something about 2-2x larger. Tried the LIDAR scan feature and after doing a 29 minute scan of my home it failed to upload and deleted the scan data. With a 24hr trial window, you better assume the purchase is coming your way and they refuse to provide any refunds, doubling down on repeat attempts. Stay away from a flawed program or kiss you $70 good bye!

I hate pop ups
Before I even got to use the app it wanted me to rate it. Bad first impression. Also hate that everything these days needs a seperate log in.

Clumsy clunker app on iPad
Extremely clunky and impossible to put furniture at anything except right angles to room walls. Impossible to make a wall that is cabinet height. Impossible to change color on double sliding door to white. I am using it for the 7 day free trial. Definitely not paying for this beast! So much easier to use pen and graph paper with a tape measure to get a floor plan for my great room.

Misleading three day trial advertisement and doesn’t use ruler measurement tool correctly
I downloaded this app with the free 3 day trial advertisement to test it. However, I was charged the full amount. When contacting support the replied saying it wasn’t automatically applied and had to “select it as an option” and they couldn’t refund my money. Very disappointed.
While trying to use the app, was also poor. Once I had uploaded a PDF, it had a ruler function to use as a measuring reference. I put in 799cm (on two attempts) but kept coming out as 1325cm. A.I. tech clearly not up to it. So it now has became useless to me and down $30. Do not recommend.

Doesn’t register in my account subscriptions. I am trying to unsubscribe before it charges me and I have not been able to.
