Acabou com o meu telefone
Baixei o Planner 5D especificamente para importar a planta do meu apartamento e transformá-la em um projeto 3D. Porém, além de a utilização completa depender de assinatura, o aplicativo passou a consumir uma quantidade absurda de armazenamento do meu iPhone durante o uso.
O problema mais grave é que não existe uma opção clara para desativar o salvamento automático. O aplicativo continua salvando os projetos localmente, ocupando espaço no aparelho, sem oferecer ao usuário controle adequado sobre esse armazenamento.
Em pouco tempo, o aplicativo consumiu praticamente todo o espaço disponível no meu celular, a ponto de comprometer o uso normal do aparelho. Para um aplicativo de design de interiores, que deveria facilitar a criação de projetos, isso é simplesmente inaceitável.
Também considero extremamente problemática a forma como o período de teste é apresentado: o usuário recebe a opção de experimentar por 3 dias e, posteriormente, passa a uma assinatura paga. No meu caso, houve uma cobrança de R$ 99,90.
Não recomendo o aplicativo. A proposta é interessante, mas a experiência no iPhone foi tão ruim que precisei desinstalá-lo.

Não gostei das atualizações
Antes o modo AR permitia q vc explorasse pelo projeto em primeira pessoa, apenas apontando setas, igual um jogo, permitindo ter uma visão melhor de dentro. Agora vc tem q scanear com sua câmera do celular, e ficar igual um doido em pé andando pra ver tudo destorcido… um pena esse downgrade.

Paid and downloaded the app. 10 minutes into designing and it’s frozen 3 times already. If you want to be productive and actually get results, this app is not for you.
TOTAL SCAM APP
I signed up for what was advertised as a 3-day trial with the understanding that I would receive a notification or reminder before the trial ended so I could decide whether I wanted to continue.
That notification NEVER came.
Instead, as soon as the trial expired, I was charged $119.00. No reminder. No warning. Just a $119 charge.
This feels incredibly deceptive. If you tell customers they’ll receive a reminder before being charged, then send the reminder. A 3-day trial followed by an unexpected $119 charge is ridiculous.
Be extremely careful before signing up for this app and read every detail before starting the trial. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend it.

Worst user experience
Can’t even create 2d floor plan even after sharing the actual floor plan drawing. Charged 19 dollars upfront to use the app and realized this app is a trashy. Do not waste your money or time on this.
Really fun
I enjoy house building and planning your own rooms, I’ve recently gotten into houses and this is perfect for people who love interior design. You do have to pay money to use it but it’s not a lot and I think it’s worth it.
It’s fairly easy to use but some other bits can be a little fiddly. Overall I really like this app

MISLEADING
I have never used this app before, it shows 3 days free trial and there’s no commitment and can be cancelled before the renewal date but as soon as I continued to the next page, it charged my payment method right away🤦♀️
Scam and you don’t get the package paid for
I placed an order for this application and paid for the most expensive package. It does not deliver the features promised. Additionally when I attempt to use the service, I am asked to pay for an upgrade each time. I have reached out to their support several times. No response outside of an email that says they were happy to provide support. This application is such a scam. AVOID AND DO NOT PURCHASE.

Not worth paying for what it is.
Doesn’t save any of my layouts
I gave this app a go but it didn’t work out, wasn’t saving the layouts that I spent a lot of time doing. I accidentally forgot to cancel the trial which costed me $170 for the whole year. No one approved my refund. So I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt and try again. After spending a whole day on it and doing my layout, I went back in the next day to open up my layout. I could see it there but when I opened it, nothing, blank!! all my work wasted. I mean it would’ve been ok if I didn’t just pay that much for the app. Total rip off and wasted my money.

It’s annoying that it keeps asking to rate the app. So I give it 1 star because I became annoyed after the second time in 2 minutes

It claims there’s a free version but there isn’t. After you answer a bunch of questions it wants you to start a free trial, after which, according to the user reviews, it will charge you regardless of whether you cancelled or not. There’s no way to opt out. Getting tired of this bait and switch.
Useless
Uploaded a floor plan, rendered the wall as requested for dimensions, but the app to completely ignored the given dimension (a 2m wall became a 2.3m wall) with no obvious way to change it. It also read the rest of the floor plan completely wrong and created walls AND ROOMS that don’t exist. Appalling and not user friendly especially given the absolutely insane price. Ikea has better online features.

They say you have a 3 day trial. Not true. If you don’t cancel by day 2 you are charged and stuck.
Not Free - Bait and Switch!
You are not getting a free planning tool. After answering all the questions, it wouldn’t let me move forward unless I paid for the 5D version, I deleted the App, typical bait and switch!
Rip off
I opted for 3 days trial however it strait charged $29.99 as soon as I signed the subscription whereas it should have been started after 3 days trial.
Support is absolutely horrible
They have a chat support, but they answer once a day, usually around 1 AM. You respond, and they don’t respond back until the next day.
No real fix. Just repeated basic support like “clear your cookies,” even after you already tried it.
The app is full of bugs. I paid for the yearly Premium plan and I’m still having issues. Mind you, I’m a web developer, so these are not just user error bugs.
If they fix what’s wrong, I might change my review.

Lost plans
During time I was using this it was a trial basis, but on the very first day, I had to go do some chores and when I came back, everything was I had spent at least three hours on that. Not impressed very upset and now I can’t find a way to close down the program and cancel the. Subscription. Fun fun.

Up to 24 hours for your video to turn into a layout, you’re also free enticed to click on a 40% savings which wipes out your 1 week free trial. Cancelled within 5 minutes out $90.
