Charged me without permission
I downloaded this in hopes that it would help me design a closet layout for my house. Before I was even able to do anything it made me choose a “free trial plan”, it would not let me opt out.
So I set up the free trial, and realized this app didn’t work for the task I was working on. So I immediately cancelled the trial, and deleted the app, because I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t going to use.
Well I see a $20 charge on my card a few days later, which doesn’t make any sense because I immediately cancelled it? So I contacted Apple and they said that it wasn’t eligible for a refund. So now I’m out $20 for something I didn’t even use, and cancelled the free trial immediately. I have all the screenshots and timestamps of when I created an account and when I cancelled the trial.
Don’t sign up for this unless you want to be charged a minimum of $20 a month.

Rip off
BEWARE You will end up losing your money. App doesn’t work, support team not at all helpful.
Too buggy for anything serious
Works well to see how you might arrange furniture in a simple room, but we bought the subscription to lay out our next house and it seems like the designer of this app never used a real CAD tool. You can’t even set an exact room size and working around the thousand bugs is extremely time consuming. Feels almost like a video game more than a design tool.

Terrible Service
I wanted to try landscaping features. I guess free trial doesn’t include landscaping. I emailed customer service asking how to access landscape features during free trial and they never replied. While waiting for reply they charged me for a $120 annual membership. I canceled and requested refund within one minute of the charge. They refused to refund and still didn’t provide any landscape features. Absolutely terrible service and policies.

I purchased the subscription because this said it had exactly what I was looking for but after I started using it, it would crash every time I tried to add a floor plan. I reached out to customer service and they kept giving me new instructions but nothing seemed to fix the issue of it crashing after I added a dimension. I asked for a refund and they stopped responding. Now I’m stuck with an app that doesn’t work and I’m out my money.

Don’t bother
I put a simple, basic one-room floor floor plan into this two and a half hours ago, and all I see is “Recognition in Progress” with some color swiping back and forth.
I could have done it by hand—or even SketchUp—and been done with it two hours ago.
And no, I wasn’t using the free plan—I paid the $4.99 thinking I might have better luck that way.
It can’t possibly be AI. If anything does eventually show up, It’s probably been done by some underpaid guy slaving over a drawing board with a pencil and a ruler.
Total waste of time AND money.

DO NOT DO FREE TRAIL
I did the free trail to see how it worked out. I did not get an update or anything on when the free trail would end. They ended up charging me A HUNDRED AND TWENTY dollars for the subscription. this is something i’m unable to afford and they do not “give refunds” which is bs. so now i’m out of $120.

It was a lot of fun!
I have always been interested in house plants and interior designs, but feel that it’s a lot of work sketching and turning sketch into 3D. I really enjoy designing my own rooms on Planner5D. It gave me a lot of freedom to explore different interior and exterior designs!
Crashing
The app keeps crashing…… after the update I noticed a glitch in the doors and my project won’t even open without crashing. Please fix this

The app crashes a lot.
Needs a lot of work before this app is actually helpful
If I can’t zoom in to properly pick a point to scale my document how can I expect any of it to be correct. Stopped before I could even play with it. Glad there is a free trial because this app is not worth any money
Glitchy
I have had so many issues with this app. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. It Glitches all the time and is sluggish. It is a cumbersome tool to use for recreational home design. I would not recommend spending extra to get a subscription. It’s a waste of money and time.
