Best design app I’ve found yet!
Love this app you are able to input your address in it. Find your home on record with the exact dimensions and exterior look you can use AI to have it decorate for you. You can decorate. It is the most accurate user-friendly inexpensive app that I have found yet I absolutely love it.

Will not cancel subscription
I have been billed over $400 so far and they will not cancel my subscription. Over 15 emails and it is still happening. This is a scam! Stay away.
No actual floor plan
It is great at setting up a room. But you can’t just set outter walls and start adding walls easily. The room builder is a bit of a hassle and the prebuild suggestions seem to be uneditable.
No free trial
Was charged the day after starting the 7 day free trial
Log in error
The app is great but it won’t allow me to login in anymore it said this session expired but when I sign in it says log in error but other than that I really love this app it’s very versatile help me understand how I want my dream home to look like
Either a Scam, or the World’s Worst Customer Service
Paid for a full render of my floorplans SEVEN days ago - when they offered 24-hr turnaround. Have gone back and forth no less than 15 times with their “AI agents” who are absolutely terrible. Still have not spoken to a human, and still have not received my plans. Stay away!
Don’t Waste Your Time or Money
This app is clunky, difficult to use, limited in functionality, and overall just a pain. They also hide many of the features behind a “pro” version that is not clear until you’ve already paid for premium. Even after paying for premium, I cancelled my subscription and deleted the app less than 24 hours of getting premium. To no surprise, there also is not a clear refund policy even in these limited use situations - I guess their strategy is just to hook people on a one time charge. I am a contractor and will strongly be recommending to all my clients to avoid this app due to its poor performance and borderline predatory selling method.

SO FRUSTRATING
All i wanted to do was plan out my new bedroom with this app, however, i had the most teeth grinding, vein-popping, brain cell bursting experience. Trying to draw out your own room is insanely tedious— the app will fight with you to get the measurement YOU want. When it's finally time to start decorating, an AD shows up, begging you to start a "free trial" that they hope you'll forget about by the end of the week and charge you for. Seriously, it's almost embarrassing how desperate you guys seem for 5 star reviews...well, here's your review.

Too many pay walls
Got suckered into a subscription only to try to 3d scan my room and almost got charged $60 more. App has glitched out every time except for one while using it and wasn’t able to transfer my floor plan into the app properly. If I didn’t get the ‘80% off offer’ I could’ve avoided the frustration.
No reminder to cancel trial
The app is ok, it is somewhat limited in scope and laggy, but the most frustrating aspect is that there is no reminder of whether you want to cancel before the end of the free trial before being charged $180. Very disappointing and the customer service is then slow to reply and blame Apple. Don’t risk it without setting a reminder on your phone.

Deleted hours worth of work
Tried 7 day free trial. Spent hours working on a project, all of a sudden half the walls and floors disappear and can’t be undone. 4+ hours down the drain. A lot of the controls are unintuitive and cumbersome to use.

I had this game a while ago and just redownloaded it, but ever time I click on thing to get furniture a “get a plan” comes up and I have to x it out twice and it’s really annoying because i want to play the game but without anything asking me to buy something.

Good but needs some changes
Overall I love the app but one thing that is frustrating is that when I open the app it always asks for my location. When I press skip it just pops up again making it very hard to get to my floor plan. It also doesn’t allow me to go on the challenges. Overall this is a great app but some things need tweaking.

Scanner constantly fails despite clear, stable conditions
I tried scanning 3-4 times with an iPhone 16 Pro Max (with enough RAM and storage), and after 6-8 minutes (despite having bright lights, holding the phone steady and always vertical, clear home structure being scanned, moving slowly, and more), the app says all of a sudden says it was unable to save the scan. Other apps I've tried (coincidentally some at a fraction of the cost) never tend to have this issue (and I scanned with them the same day after trying this app and they did them successfully) and offer better services for my renovation needs once those scans are complete. This app may 100% be fantastic after a successful scan. And it could just be a buggy version when I installed this today. But unfortunately, it failed me at the scan itself and thus could not benefit from its services (e.g., renovation) on my the scan. I'm glad it offered a free trial as this was a flaw which hopefully can be fixed.
