Planout

Getting six people to agree on a night out takes forty messages and usually ends with nobody deciding. Planout does the deciding part. Everyone connects a calendar. Planout shows only the windows where the whole group is free — never what's actually in anyone's diary — and you pick from what's left. THE NIGHT - See when everyone is genuinely free, side by side - Pick a time and send it out in one tap - RSVPs update live, so you always know the count THE PLACE - Suggest venues, let the group settle it - Directions for everyone, from wherever they're starting THE DAY - Build an itinerary with stops, times and travel between them - Everyone sees changes the moment they happen - No more "what time again?" an hour before THE BILL - Add what people spend as you go - Planout works out every share and who owes whom - Settle up without the awkward reminder THE THREAD - Chat lives with the plan, not in a separate app - Expenses, venue changes and RSVPs land in the same conversation - Nothing scrolls away WHEN EVERYONE'S THERE - Eight party games built in — Would You Rather, Truth or Dare, This or That, Dice Roll and more - Thousands of cards, nothing to set up, nothing to carry FREE, AND WHAT PRO ADDS Planout is free for one group and one plan, for as long as you like. Pro removes the limits: as many groups and plans as you need, up to 250 people in a group, and every game including the premium packs. YOUR CALENDAR STAYS YOURS Planout reads free/busy times to find overlap. It never shows other people what you have on, and you can disconnect a calendar at any time. Planout Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase and renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
