A major update to the plant care experience: most screens have been redesigned, and much more of the app now speaks your language. REDESIGNED • Plant details are now one continuous page with a sticky tab bar — jump straight to Care, Site, Characteristics or Share. • New Care, Site and Characteristics sections: watering and fertilizing schedules, light levels, temperature range in °C or °F, USDA hardiness zone, soil moisture, mature size, a photo gallery with full-screen viewing, and leaf and flower color details. • My Plants, your sites and site settings have been rebuilt, including light conditions and custom sites. • All 8 care guides — watering, fertilizing, light, soil, humidity, pruning, repotting and cleaning — have been rewritten. • The camera now has pinch-to-zoom, a zoom slider and a proper focus indicator, and opens your photo library directly. • The Light Meter has been rebuilt, and Plant Problems is back to a single screen with Care Issues and Diseases tabs. BETTER TRANSLATIONS • Plant problems, pests, diseases and over 200 symptoms are now translated into all 23 supported languages. • AI identifications and care documents no longer come back partly in English when you are using another language. • Weather alerts on the home screen now appear in your language. NEW • Add a plant to your garden straight from the search results with the new + button. • Delete your account at any time from your profile. • A text-to-speech toggle in chat, and AI tool results now show the photo you analyzed. FIXED • Notes cards and shared plant cards were unreadable in dark mode. • The splash screen now follows your Light / Dark / System setting. • Layout fixes across plant type cards, the paywall and the community feed.
