can’t get camera to scan. paid for a year’s subscription and nothing works

👋 Hi, I’m very sorry you experienced this issue in version 1.0. A rare bug slipped through our initial release, and as the founder, I take full responsibility for that. The issue has now been fixed and we have taken even more actions so that this doesn’t happen again. Several hundred successful plants scans are made every day without any problem. If the early bug affected your experience, you may request a refund directly through Apple. With our 7-day satisfaction guarantee, Apple will processes refunds without issue. Thanks, David
