Can’t use the app

I have paid for the app but it has not let me analyse any photos.
It keeps taking me to the subscribe page of the app when I try to analyse.

Not a free app really

Hi, you say PlantMe comes as a free app with possibility to subscribe. I think that is misleading. It is not a ‘free app’ but a paid for app with free 3-day trial. If a user downloads they must go to Settings, Find Subscriptions and cancel the auto renew within 3-days. (Although technically it’s within two days as you have to do it before 24-hours to the subscription renewal time/date). I have personally unsubscribed straight away via ‘Subscriptions’ and would hope I’m not charged!
Also, the one tree with fruit I scanned wasn’t identified either :/

Does not work

This app is one of the worst app, they charged me money and app is only programmed to tell you information of one plant, if I plan to get info of another one it again pops up to purchase.

WORST APP AND DO NOT DOWNLOAD
