Paid but can’t use
I paid for one month since that is all I needed then cancelled the subscription. Even though I have three weeks left, it will not let me use it. Worse, their own website says you can use it to the end of what you paid for even if you cancel it.
Limited Identification of Plants
Used this app to identify leaf spot correctly on a houseplant, but the app could not identify a few new houseplants I purchased. Google Image identified them correctly right away.
No good
Doesn’t recognize plants not even an orchid. Always says it’s fine or needs water no matter what. Has never recommended a solution. A waste of time and money.
Completely inaccurate
Took the same picture and resubmitted it several times & each time it came back with a different identification , all completely wrong. Now cannot find how to cancel free trial.
Comically bad
If you want to know what your plant isn’t this is the app for you. I have yet to have it find one plant accurately.
Revs respond please
Just a few problems with app 1: how the heck did it think that a false purple foxglove was a normal foxglove they don’t even look alike! 2: we should get at least 2 free messages with the ai and the professional so it can help users disuse if they want to get premium or not (and if they get 2 free messages the app will most likely get higher reviews and more likely they’ll get premium😏😏😏) 3: this is a good app just those 2 problems also I wouldt pick any other plant identifier app:3 get this app!

I just want to play the game! Ads ate annoying especially when I have already purchased some things and was not happy with them. Quit it!!!
Beware of free trial
I wanted to try the app to help care for some of my plants. It told me all of my plants were healthy, which was not true. I sent an email to them through the app to cancel my free trial. I did not hear back from them and today I was billed $39.95. I sent another email asking for a refund. I will let you know how it turns out so far, I have not been impressed. It has been three months and three emails later. Still no refund.

Not happy
Accessing the site is not easy. I have paid for a subscription but when I try to use it it wants to make me subscribe again. Not good at all.

Why do I STILL HAVE THIS APP?!
So I got it and I only scaned ONE THING. Then it said that I had to get the free trial to scan more things. AND IT DIDN'T SHOW ME HOW TO CURE MY PLANT!! 😡😡😡🤬
