App update whiplash
When this app actually helps me create great flavor combos and use ingredients in my fridge I love it, but I feel like I have app update whiplash. There have been multiple times where the app has been changed so entirely I find it unusable and they just did it again - I can’t add all the ingredients I would like, there is no easy navigation and all my saved recipes are gone.

I don’t like the update
The old version of the app was intuitive and easy to work with. Now it is almost unusable. I’m going to cancel my subscription and uninstall because it has changed too much. It’s a shame because before the update this was the only cooking app I used. Now I’m going to have to find another.
Absolutely love this app!
I love that it has prepared ingredients that you can add to any recipe to make it your own. The steps are easy to follow. As for the design, I love that it’s somewhat minimalist, not too much visual stimuli that distracts from the purpose of the app. If I had a critique, it would be to add more recipes. In short, a great app I will use often!

Not what it used to be
Back then plant Jammer Was a lot more simpler to use it just felt like there is more features back then you could do stuff like talk to the developers but they basically just shut down that feature I can’t find it in any tab I want to use the older versions I recommend you get an older version
Great concept, however...
Why can’t developers make these apps for iPad users? I really like the mix & match style and how it automatically generates the recipe from ingredients I choose. When landscape happens, it’s 5 stars!

Revolutionary!
Amazing app. Really gets me cooking more and buying less prepared/fast food. My only complaint is that once you set health goals, recommended ingredients line up with your health goals but not all of the recommended recipes.

I just downloaded this app about 15 minutes ago and I’ve already shown everyone in my family how amazing it is...so easy to use and I can already tell this is going to change how I meal plan/prep!

It gave me recipes I can easily make and also have instructions on how to make it. As someone who eats a lot, this app gives me healthy choices of food. Good app.
Easy to use
I find Plant Jammer easy to use. I love that it finds me recipes that are customizable to what I have in my kitchen. Also the design of the app is nice and clean.

This app is great for helping you figure out what to chef using ingredients that you have on hand. You start with a couple of items and it gently walks you through adding ingredients. I love it!

I have been trying to eat healthier recently and I have been finding not a lot of great recipes and this made me able to customize them and make some great food.

This app is the absolute beat recipe creating app I have ever used. It’s not just your run of the mill recipe app by any means. You tell it what type of food you’re looking to create, tap some ingredients you have on hand, and voila! It even helps you fine tune recipes to give it a full palette pleasing flavor. Got produce you need to use before it goes bad? No problem with this app. Tell the app what ya got on hand that you need to use that day and it offers you suggestions based on what you have going on. Absolutely my new favorite recipe app. Thank you so much for creating this!

Convenient and easy to use
This was the perfect idea for an app. I’m so glad I found this since I’m slowly transitioning to a vegan diet. Its definitely helping me find new things to cook and giving me ideas for new ingredients to add to my kitchen for future recipes. It’s especially useful for when you know you need to use up your veggies before they go bad.

Reduces Food Waste!
I have a large family and we often buy in bulk. However, ingredients go bad and we run out of storage in our fridge often, due to poor planning and lack of using what we already have. This app saves us a ton of money because we are using what we have! Also, I feel much less guilty about wasting food. AND! In case there was any doubt about getting this app, it’s healthy-eating friendly! Messages on the app will tell you that they know the app is slow and that they are working to improve the speed, but the app is plenty fast for me, generating recipes using my ingredients in just over 2 seconds. This app is really great when I need ideas for my lunches. They are always delicious and healthy! I have no complaints once so ever, though I would like to bargain for some meat.

This app is amazing! It has so much to help you get started in eating well at home. It gives reminders of meal plans. Helps you pick items you have in your home and makes recipes with them, even giving you hints at how to make the recipe better. It calculates lists of macro and micro nutrients in every recipe you make and allows you to make shopping lists. It is so helpful! Even though it’s free at the moment during Covid, I think it’s definitely worth paying for.

Thankful I found this app!
Honestly such a great app especially for vegans and vegetarians. I’ve tried similar apps before most of they’re recipes rely greatly on animal products and cater poorly to dietary restrictions. I am a fairly new vegan and this app has allowed me to learn new recipes with ingredients I already have! No more eating the same meals day after day. With this app, I am excited to cook and taste the final product. There hasn’t been a recipe yet that i or my family has not loved. Definitely worth a try!
