Forget it if you just want to trial it

Signed up for the free trial. Cancelled the subscription as thought it was usual 7 day trial but in fact 3 day trial ( small print days you have to cancel one full day before subscription renews so technically not even a 3 day trial.) applied for refund after being charged a full year fee and refused. Appealed decision and refused again. You wi the out a doubt be mislead and lose money. Avoid avoid. Pick literally ANY other plant identifier app. Trust me.

Got charged even though cancelled in 2 days

In this company doesn’t nobody answers. I tried to reach them out three days three times every single time it goes on a voice message no matter what option you are picking. It seems like a complete scam. They just want to take your money. Nobody answers they charged me $29.99 which was supposed to be after the trial. But I canceled within two days. The trial period was three days but I canceled within two days still I got charged $29.99. this is really a scam. Stay away from this company. Nobody answers from there.

Please specify fee UP FRONT

It’s rather annoying to download an app that doesn’t mention a fee after a trial period. I deleted the app in less than 2 minutes after finding out how much it’s going to cost. Please specify the cost in the description so we don’t waste our time downloading only to delete it minutes later

Where is life time Access as you mentioned?

I like this app, but since they don't put life time access option, I still consider until they response this review.

Bogus- ZERO STARS

Tried to identify common weeds and the app was unable to identify the weed. I want my money back for the yearly subscription it roped me into. I don’t like the app and only used it on the first day.

Unable to use the plant doctor

The Plant doctor function doesn’t work for me anymore, it just comes up with an error saying “warning, try again later” it’s been saying this for weeks. It also crashes when I add plants to my garden, and when I toggle reminders off it keeps them on.

Lifetime subscription - will not open

Opening to App gives you the opportunity to subscribe again. Is PlantPro just a phishing scheme. App support sends you to their corporate marketing page. What a rip off. Apple should be ashamed.
