Connection error
I received the plant choir unit for Christmas and was so excited to use it. Disappointed and frustrated after countless attempts I have still not had any success. The device does not show up reliable when I am attempting to connect. When I finally connected, within the minute it disappears.
Disappointing & Frustrating
Bought 2, has problems since day one with the units and the app. Unable to complete one recording project without the signal being lost and the recordings erasing. Now on 10th attempt and neither of them seem to work. Both failing at same time? Or, are the clips short use so need to keep replacing them? App keeps auto-dimming while in use. Buttons within app for support & website don鈥檛 work. The app is limited in what can be done to convert the signals to instruments. Of course you can鈥檛 call them to ask for help just send a freaking email. Ugh.

Beautiful
To be able to not only hear the plants energy converted to sound, but also to interact and hear things we can only sense in a way. Not only I have enjoyed interacting with our garden but so too did other members of my family. My mother, my nephew and his daughter all enjoyed listening to the plants giggling as a response to being tickled by my great niece. She really appreciates the nature bond it is enhancing. X thank you for creating such a wonderful gift x

Product works and the plant sounds great. Some weird glitch in the app turns display brightness dark.

Sent me expensive trash from china that doesn't work. Dont waste your money

I鈥檒l bump it up to five stars once you add celestial space music and fix the problem where music completely stops but I see the signals being transmitted uninstalling reinstalling did it work. iOS 17.02 on iPhone 14. Just did this update thinking it would correct it since it was available. It did not. Sound cuts out but I see greenbar moving.
