You say that the app. Is absolutely free. Very misleading and deceptive . It is not free. At end of the video you have to choose a paid plan. So how is it free?

Paid Weekly Subscription Only Lasted 24 Hours
I purchased a weekly subscription; day 2 I started receiving ‘try again later’ notifications. Day 3 I was prompted to purchase a subscription. I tried uninstall/reinstall and ‘restore’ but nothing worked. When selecting the App Support option I was redirected to a webpage with a massively long ‘terms of service’ document, where I eventually found buried in it the instructions to send an email. Let’s see if they respond before getting Apple involved.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It doesn’t work at all. And as far as support hahahahaah. There is none. This app should be banned from all advertising and band from all platforms.

the app won’t accept any of my plants- won’t take pics, tells me there’s an error. Tried to get my money back but it’s so confusing that I can’t even find where to ask for a refund. Don’t use!!!!

Piece of junk
This software is a piece of junk. Tried multiple times to identify an obvious plant and it could not do it. It was asking me for help and then could not diagnose what was wrong with the plant. I regret purchasing this subscription and canceled it the day I bought it. Worthless.

I signed up for free trial and immediately tried to add plants. It came up error for every plant. I tried to add so I canceled the subscription and I was still charged for the year and I still can’t add any plants. It comes up error every time. So the app is useless to me.
Beware I found it Impossible to capture photo of my plants
The ap is not easy to use. I tried several different plants easy ones like basil harder one like money tree kept getting error try again. I canceled the one week and I’d ask for my money back if I could find the settings.
