This app is lousy! No navigation, no help, not intuitive. Why bother?
Has not worked and claims no network
I got this app to id plants in my yard. Even being connected to my 2gb fiber connection with 300mbs down and up the app says there’s no network connection. Have tried with cellular data and highspeed internet connection numerous times.

Took 2 ‘free’ photos. No I’d-it said I wasn’t connected to the internet. I am very much connected to the internet. I think it’s a scam to get you to take 3, then charge a subscription. Going to Apple to cancel right now.
Same problem "no internet" --resolved
To be clear, I haven't found a resolution for the problem within the app, but if you've been charged, with the intention of paying for the app believing it'd work like the description says but was let down& already paid (even after it's done pending). Apple will help you. Go to the apple support app (dark blue apple app) on the very front page of the app go to subscriptions and purchases, from there request a refund. If you're like me, and the app didn't work as you thought it would, they'll refund you. This is what happened in my case, of course I can't promise everyone will have the same result but apple was very helpful and it was a very simple, very short process. Of course if you did the trial and just forgot to cancel it, they won't help. Unfortunately, that part of it I believe is decieving and wrong (not on apples part) but it is up to you to cancel. Anyway thought this would help others who were in the same situation as me.

Expensive... Poor navigation.
Sorry... Not a good experience. First off, this is an expensive app, $30 annual subscription. The navigation is poor. Hard to get around in app. Very difficult to add an image already in your photos. Lastly, it wouldn't even connect to the internet, neither wifi or cellular. I can find nothing in the settings to allow an internet connection. For $30 bucks a year, performance and navigation needs to be top-notch, not basement bargain.

Anyone else experiencing issues with this app?
I’ve always loved this app and I’m canceling due to not being able to use it! So frustrating I take a snap and then I get a notification I’m not connected to internet. I have full service there’s no place to even email customer support so annoyed!
This app is not free and it can’t see my internet.
It won’t work on either cellular data or Wi-Fi so I am unable to use the app. After three days, they will charge you thirty bucks. I’m really hating how Apple apps do this. Wouldn’t recommend.

Downloaded the app, but I keep getting “no internet” messages when trying to upload photos when I’m clearly connected to internet. Definitely a scam to subscribe, so don’t!
Don’t Do It
I would always get the error message of no internet even though I received an email and a text message while using the app. No help info whether I needed to alter my firewall settings. Junk
App Does Not Work
This app has not worked even once since I bought subscription. Have tried to re-download - nothing. Can never find an internet connection regardless of signal strength.

Apparent Glitch
I have only successfully used this app once since purchasing it. Each time since, I get a message that I have no internet, check my WiFi connection and try again. Multiple tries, no success. I know my WiFi is working. Disappointing.
I want to love but it’s always wrong

I loaded this app and then deleted it within minutes and they keep on trying to bill me.I reply to their email and tell them I do not want this app please do not try to bill me and quit sending me emails but they don’t stop.
