Gave your photo on my plant and you told me my plant with a healthy inaccurate

Do not purchase this app. I have sent several photos showing unhealthy plants/leaves and each time after submitting the photo it comes back stating the plant is healthy. I would really like to get my money back. I should have researched more.

The app said it will help identify and help my plant may or may not need and every picture says healthy. But I put a picture of a dead plant and it said healthy. A waste of money.
I LOVE LOVE THIS APP…!
This is the best app for new gardeners, tree huggers and even the pros..! It seems to always be on point with the search if you don’t know what something is ..! I just walk around and if I see something that I like and don’t know what it is I just point my PLANTATION CAMERA AND SHOOT, and then I get the right answer 100% of the time..!

You guys are great but I need to help my Peace Lily. Please I need more information.
Disappointing
First plant I try and it doesn’t get it. It is disappointing that every time I use your program I have to verify what the plant is. If the program is not ready for release then tell us and make it a beta application.
The plant growers I’d is a Flamingo Flower (Anthurium) and your program calls it a Flamingo Lily.
So who’s right?

Not good
This app hasn’t correctly identified a single plant in my garden. Three different varieties and it can only identify the family of vegetables.

Misinformation on price
I was excited to get this app as I have over 50 house plants. Firstly when you sign up for purchase options you have to”lifetime” $49.99 (one payment) or “7 days” (auto renewal) $6.99. Why wouldn’t you choose the lifetime one payment? Seemed very reasonable as I would be using it for a long time, but no it is not a lifetime purchase. I paid the 49.99 & after about 6 months or so it needed renewal for.. wait.. guess… that’s right another $49.99. Nah man. Lifetime should be lifetime implies one time purchase. I did actually like the app which sucked, but for the little I’d use it, which was to diagnose diseases, I’m not spending that kind of money it’s NOT worth that. I keep my plants on a schedule so I didn’t need the schedule from the app. Maybe if you know nothing about plants it might be helpful for a little bit. The price though is misinformation. It’s not lifetime it’s renewal. Be aware.
