What a waste
Downloaded this app to try and help my dad sell some great oaks. It’s so non-user-friendly I’ve been stuck on the same screen, trying to become a seller with commercials popping up, unable to set up my profile.
Having issues
Not sure if it is a bug or not but I am completely unable to register as a seller on the app and most pages move extremely slowly if at all while all of my other apps are functioning fine.
Freezes
The app freezes when you try to sign up to sell.

I put in a lot of work trying to set up my shop. I did the demo and the required things to get set up. Y’all it’s been over 6 months with no progress whatsoever. I’ve emailed them multiple times and the only response I received from them was that I needed to take the demo WHICH I ALREADY TOOK. They didn’t respond to any of the other emails, even after I gave them a deadline promising I’d write a bad review if I didn’t hear anything by then. Nothing - they don’t care.

Easy to use
I’ve been a vendor with Plantly for over a year. Unlike other platforms where their percentage cut is high, Plantly’s cut is fair keeping prices affordable for sellers and buyers. I have no complains. The support team is great, very accessible and take care of any issues almost immediately. They have great vendor, and customer communication.
