Hot Garbage
Instant regret that I paid for a subscription. Can’t get rid of reminders or edit plants in “my garden”. I bought this to identify types of Japanese Maples and all it says that the trees are acer palmatum and not what type it is. Completely worthless!

Hello, thanks for your feedback. The app usually shows very high accuracy, but it can make mistakes because of the quality of photos. Please take 3-5 photos of the plant’s diseased part from different angles it should help.

planted three different vegetables and the app has identified all three package seedlings as cucumbers. What are the possibilities of a company placing wrong seeds in 2 or 3 packages?

Hello, The app identifies plants from photos and it strongly depend on the quality of photo. Sometimes other plants can create a noise that causes mistakes for the machine identification. Please try to take the photo in the way that only the plant you need is in the focus.

Unable to even take a photo to identify a plant, screen is black! Charged a subscription(yearly rate of 32.99) a full 24hours prior to expiry of free trial and cannot even use the app
