Non hack player
It is basically unplayable for newcomers or players who don't use hacks; the missions rely far too heavily on RNG, and the gameplay experience is terrible. They should have just made a sequel instead.
Cash grab
It’s just another pay to win game. Borderline pay to play. Only real free content is the daily that you can play once a day, outside of that be prepared to cough up 40 bucks to play anything.
Amazing but…
This is an amazing game, but there is a bug where if you nibble a potato mine it crashes and also sometimes the supermeter gets full but it doesn’t give the super power but instead does nothing

Insufferable bugs
Everytime I’m playing a round against bots they always use nibble on my potato mines and just crash my phone. Which just forces me to play online or don’t play any potatoes. Also had 7 plants bounced with the same card which the bot didn’t conjure at all and just bluntly used 7 of the same bouncy trick. I play the game rarely from how many bugs that forces me to start over my phone in order to play any games at all from the bugs.

Games too difficult
I really like this game. I think it’s a nice addition to the franchise. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to win anymore. I’m not gonna buy any packs to boost my numbers can’t afford it. I gradually lost interest. I started playing it again and forgot why I stopped. I remember now it’s too difficult. It’s not fun to lose over and over and over. Everything about it it’s great, but I just can’t seem to win a battle.

Not worth spending money
The story mode is fine, but online sucks it’s heavily one sided favoring the zombies, and every update they make the plants worse and becomes not fun to play as plants due to you having to only play a specific deck to compete

It’s extremely fun and addictive, the gameplay is very engaging but I feel that the seasons are too short and this is one of the most pay to win games ever - how to fix - add cheaper packs, balance legendarys, maybe add 0.5 cost ones for like default imp and peashooter and finally idk why but it told me about 3 times that the game tried to delete my account but failed so fix that bug please

It’s odd
There’s a glitch where after trying to load in it just expels me and closes the app before the game even loads it’s been going on for some years now so could you fix is please good game but bad glitch

The new player experience is completely overshadowed in favor of squeezing money out of them. The game is simple: pay or get out-carded by players with better cards. A shame because this game has an interesting concept.
Pvz is a doomed franchise
It’s plainly obvious that popcap and EA are incapable of making or managing a game efficiently anymore and the most recent update for this game shows. The “balance” patches were made by a guy who has never engaged with the medium in his life. The meta is worse than ever, the game is beyond pay to win, and ignoring that, 97% of your matches will either be against opponents with hacked decks, or bots that know every possible “RNG” outcome of each play. Either way, the majority of your opponents will be cheaters and it has been a problem for years. If you’re not facing a bot that reads your deck, you are facing a hacker that can literally make the game think you forfeited the match. PVZ as a whole needs to die to maintain whatever shred of dignity it has left, because the IP owners have not released a good game since garden warfare 2 and they most likely never will.

Used to be good
I used to play this all the time. Loved it! Ads only if you needed something gems or replays. Challenging but fun.
But now you get pop-up ads after matches. Some of the daily challenges are just straight up broken and cannot be solved.

Genuinely if they didn’t add the ads to this game, it will be a little bit better. The updates also destroyed it and it’s very lame. I think PvZ 2 was a little bit better if they didn’t add ads I feel like this game would be good and it’s the updates were terrible. I’m just saying you guys really need to stop adding as to games like this because that ruins the entire fun. So please fix the ad problems. It used to be fun for a while, but now it’s just boring. Can’t be the only one who thinks that. (the hero plants are still lit)

Every year the game becomes more and more glitched. They never address the issues, they don’t respond to reports. Currently half the random battles won’t even load and it defaults to a special boss battle. Triassic has been “new” for more than 8 years. No new cards or heroes in just as long. It’s become garbage.
