Great app, the ones stars are just competition tying to make plasma look bad
This is one of the best apps I’ve ever used for crypto payments, it’s super clean, you can send from any chain and it’s deposited to your card. They also have some of the best card rewards I’ve seen by a crypto company. The only criticism I have is the that off boarding from the card back to whatever crypto currency you want is not the easiest because you can only withdraw in XPL so you need to find a swap. Other than that it’s amazing!

Just shorted XPL with $2,000 with 1,000x Leverage and it’s doing good😂😂 KYLE IS AN IDIOT. He keeps spamming me with messages I’ve seen a million times. Locked my money and taking forever to send me my money back. They still haven’t. I’m printing money from plasma going down because it’s garbage lol

I’ve been using it for a few months now and i can say it’s a really good deal. Plasma gives up to 4% cashback on every purchase and 1% from referrals. There are many other benefits too, definitely recommend it

A Scam-Like Platform with ZERO Human Support and Broken Address Verification!
This is an extremely frustrating and suspicious experience. I accidentally submitted a wrong initial address, but later uploaded my OFFICIAL and ACCURATE proof of address document to correct it. However, the system is completely stuck and there is literally NO HUMAN SUPPORT to fix it!
The in-app support is nothing but a useless AI bot that loops automatically without actually routing issues to real humans. I have been waiting for days, sending emails and messages, only to receive generic AI template responses.
Is this a fake platform operating with no real customer service team at all? Leaving user funds and identity verification trapped with zero human assistance is completely unacceptable.
I demand an immediate review by a REAL compliance agent to manually correct my address verification, or I will file formal reports with App Store fraud compliance and financial regulatory authorities.
