Why when I receive one message the app sends me 7 notifications one right after the other. Super annoying. Also, there’s no clear way on the app, if any, to contact support.

Mini models from the website promote the messaging app to message them off-line. I’ve messaged models on Plasma, never get a reply. Tell them when they get back online, they tell me they never got the NOTIFICATION

Works great on iPad
I have been using Plasma Messenger for about two weeks now and it works well on iPad OS 15.4 for text messages and image uploads. It will not work at all on my Android 12 Galaxy s20+ 5G phone. It opens then immediately closes. Needs Android 12 support fix. Works wonderful on my iPad though. The official website drastically needs more information! I have not been able to upload nor capture and send video yet. There may be a file size or video duration limit. It goes to upload or send video and I get a “Network Error” message. I have checked and tried nearly everything and it isn’t my network with issues. Frustrating, as sending short video messages would be great. I will try shorter clips like apple seconds long and see it it will work. Please expand your site with information please. A good app with potential to be great with support.

Messages aren’t being received
App was great until 17-5-21 when messages stopped being received. The sender has sent me 5 and I have sent them 2 but none have been received. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Got notification of new message but when opened the app got a “decrypting “ message with spinning icon but nothing more happened. It then disappeared but still no message received.

Extremely impractical
That there is no way to add someone other than their QR code with your camera. So if a friend sends you a screen shot of their QR code, you can’t add them because you can’t take a photo of your own phone:
New update breaks
App broke after an update. Used app support link in App Store and got a reply overnight...Also found a fixed app working again the next morning.

Can't Messages or files
The first day I was able to send texts or pictures. Now My messages are not being delivered. It says something like timeout.
