I can’t even create an account stays or freezes at the create a password screen I’m worried I might have a virus or malware at this point.

Can’t create account or login
Took forever to get the email verification email. Now when I try to log in, it tells me my email or password is wrong. I’m invested in Plasma Finance but if this doesn’t work in a few days I’m pulling out.

Non-Functional
From my experience, the app is non-functional. Freezes up on the create account and/or login page every-time. Why would the developer release an app that has not even been thoroughly, or even basically tested yet? And they claim to have excellent support, yet not a single reply yet to the issues stated here in other reviews. Also, I set up their desktop app... seems like it will be very intricate and flexible, but for a platform that claims bridging tokens from all over the world to make them available, why can’t one even buy their own PPAY token via their website or wallet, and why are there not at least instructions on how to do so and where to buy it? The only place I found is on “swaps” like UniSwap, with very high, gas fees ($50-$150). All in all, I have to say I was very bullish on this company and their token, however after my recent experiences I’m beginning to second-guess my position. To Plasma.finance... don’t sell BETA versions as fully functioning systems. A response to my comments would be nice, but I suspect there won’t be any.

The app doesn’t work. I want to buy PPAY token and you guys make it very hard. After verification the app gets stuck on a logo screen.

New so expecting some hiccups
So far it’s a bit clunky. Has you switch from app to browser and verification is very extensive. I think the apps on the right track. Will just take some time to be more user friendly. Visually it looks great. Navigation is great also but linking your account isn’t as nice.

App is far too annoying in my opinion
1) Each wallet needs to be backed up separately before wallet can be used to its fullest, far longer to enjoy a wallet than elsewhere
2) Poor backup choice as they DO NOT use key phrase backups. You have to export a PDF which itself shows the app name, crypto name, keys and all sorts (less secure than a random string of letters, that could be for anything)
