Keep giving an error to link external bank account
This is so bad it’s gotta be a scam
They have my money being held hostage, you cannot link a bank account because the app crashes. Their customer support number turns down my calls and it doesn’t reply to emails.
Horrible app/should be taken off market.
This app is horrible, literally just made and account I saved all my information to log back in, it’s been day four since I created the app and I can’t access it at all. I have tried to reset the password yet I keep getting an error message after clicking the reset link, I have tried to contact costumer service to no avail, they won’t answer emails nor phone calls so now I just have money sitting in an account that I can’t log into by any means and my company can’t retract the money back either as the company won’t allow them to.

Best pay app I’ve used
It’s nice because you can get a Plata debit card that works with the app and I can link other pay cards to the app as well. Customer service was really helpful too.
