About
PREMIUM — PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Punch in your target weight and RepRack tells you exactly which plates go on each side of the bar — using only the plates your gym actually owns.
RepRack is a plate calculator first, not another bloated workout social network. The plate math runs on an exact integer grid, so it never lies to you the way rounded conversions do — if 75 lb loads perfectly with a 10 and a 5 per side, it says so. Tell it which denominations your gym has, pick your bar (20/15/10 kg or 45/35/25 lb), and every number it shows is a weight you can physically build.
WHAT YOU GET
• Type 225 and read the loadout off the screen — a 45 and a 25 on each side — before you have picked up the first plate
• A warm-up ramp at 40, 60, 75 and 90% where every step is snapped down to a weight your plates can actually make, with reps for each set
• Your estimated one rep max via Epley, with Brzycki shown alongside, plus a training percentage table derived from the same curve so two screens never disagree
• See where your squat, bench, deadlift and press sit on Beginner-to-Elite bodyweight milestone bands
• Log sets in seconds and watch your e1RM trend and weekly volume climb on Progress charts, with per-session totals and PRs
• A rest timer that rings even when your phone is locked in your pocket, capped so a forgotten timer never runs for hours
PERFECT FOR
• Barbell lifters who freeze at the rack doing plate arithmetic between heavy sets
• Powerlifters running 5/3/1 or 5x5 who need exact percentage loads on the bar
• Beginners wondering whether a bodyweight bench is good — check the milestone bands
• Anyone whose gym is missing half its change plates: RepRack only ever suggests plates you told it exist
WHY NOT JUST USE A NOTES APP? Notes cannot subtract the bar, divide by two sides, and round to real plate denominations. RepRack solves that on an exact grid, tells you when a target is unloadable with your plate set, shows the closest weight you can build, and reports exactly how far short it leaves you.
