如果你也有经历过去菜市场不知道买什么 买了菜不知道煮什么 菜放在冰箱里忘了又过期了。。。

那这个App就是为你量身定制的 它规划菜谱很简单和直接 列下食材和菜谱链接 只需要不到2分钟 然后就可以计划你每日每餐吃什么 如果你想更详细 还可以列出烹饪步骤

并且还能根据你每餐需要的食材 来规划你的采购计划 再去菜市场的时候 你就不会像无头苍蝇一样 从菜场西边走到东边还在犹豫买什么回家

开发者还贴心的附上了库存功能 家里有什么菜 还剩多少 还有多久过期都可以标注

更高效的是 只在计划里一搜 可以对应相应的菜谱 比如我家有五花肉 在计划里搜索 就可以对应出 小炒肉 卤肉饭 梅菜扣肉 。。。 这样的就不会烦恼浪费食材了

App 支持把单个食谱分享给好友的，可以通过图文或或者文件的方式分享，在菜谱详情页点击更多就可以看到。

非常好用

很久之前就尝试使用过，可惜当时不能理解里面的一些交互就放弃了，断断续续使用过知识管理类的app来记录食谱但都不是很方便，今天突发奇想又下载下来试用下，忽然get到这款app的便捷了，感谢开发者这几年的坚定与坚持，加油！！！
