App never works
This app is terrible. I am always having to reset my phone to the tablet as it never loads on my phone and always says ‘connecting’ and never connects. Every time I want to control the unit from my phone I have to go to the actual control panel in the house, remove all devices, then re-add my phone to control it. The second I get out of the app on my phone, back to square one! HATE IT!!!!

Works! Easy to use.
It changed the way I manage A/C at home. Power bills should go down by using the system in a smarter way. Let's see how it does in the long run.
Needs updating
I originally reported the below issue. The tech team were great and went to great lengths to remedy the issue. All working now.
This app is useful however the interface is slow to load and when ever the main unit switches off the app main control on button does not work and will not switch the aircon back on remotely. This is a poor design feature. I am required to go to the main tablet to switch aircon back on.would like to see zone motor percentage open and when closed.

Decent app, weird name
This app does the job, but I can’t help but think you could name it something a little more in line with what it actually does. Platinum Elite sounds as though it was made up in a board room by some executives who wanted to use fancy words :) every time I want to search to open it, I have to think “now what was that silly name again?”.
