App won’t even load past Syncing preceptors not matter how much time it’s given

Glitchy
There is so many bad things I can see about this app. It is definitely meant to be access on a laptop. I do not recommend this app on your phone unless you want to get behind or get messed up clinicals.

Why does it take so long to load??? Half of my submissions don’t even go through even though they said they did.

It never works, takes forever to load.
Paranoid program
The app itself works sometimes. My problem is with the program itself. They are so paranoid students are going to steal their questions that students can’t review their exams and see what they got wrong without the instructor going in and sitting down with each student to go over quizzes one by one.

Best app ever so easy to use
Schools need to stop requiring the app😐
Literally crashes/ never works. It’s often difficult to edit items unless on a desktop. I also can’t just search within the app I either have to scroll through all the skill options or know EXACTLY which category the skill is located and find it there. The computer version is definitely more user friendly but it would have been nice to use the app right at my finger tips 🙄

Works as well a paper in the rain
Got the app because of school and I can’t even log in with the code. Tried making an account with the teachers permission and I still coildnt access the app.

This app is completely useless for EMS programs. Instructor has strictly banned the app and we must use the desktop version, which is annoying. Impossible to log skills and do peer reviews, which is supposed to be the whole point of Platinum Planner. Website is great but fire your app developer.
Keeps crashing
When it works it’s very fine to work with. However, it has started crashing and now I’m getting frustrated. Also if you want to attach paperwork I’ve found that the IOS and android app don’t attach paperwork and submit it like through the web portal. I usually am able to do a work around and just open chrome and upload online the the website.

I have to close and re-open it almost every time I try to use it. It “synchs” every time it does decide to open and frequently crashes during that. It’s also very confusing and nearly impossible to understand what page you’re looking at at any given time. Needs a lot of work.
Constant problems
Every time there is an update, you have to delete and redownload the app. It doesn’t allow students to make changes on dates/locations when making opportunities so you have to send to the teacher to delete for you.
Not user friendly and makes you jump through a lot of hoops if you make a mistake.
Also takes forever to load even on high-speed Internet access.

Terrible product
I’ve had preceptors loose hours of work due to app crashes. Students can’t check in and check out reliably. Glitches and other problems abound.

Absolute trash won’t even open anymore. I need to be able to get to stuff and can’t.
