Wouldn’t recommend
I am searching for a nanny position so I downloaded this app. I paid for the background check and my results were emailed to me. I opened the email but it kept saying my info couldn't be verified so I don’t have access to it. I have tried repeatedly to open the app itself but it won’t open. It just shows the logo and freezes. I also was supposed to be contacted on a specific day via phone by a representative to do an interview and they never called! So at this point I’m thinking this app is a scam.
