PlatoonAware is the shift-staffing app for fire departments. Members sign in with the account their department provides and get their own schedule, their crew's schedule, and everything that moves around it.

PlatoonAware is used by departments as their system of record for staffing, so everything you do on your phone is the same data your officers see at the station.
An account from your department is required. Department administration and billing are handled in a web browser.

Urgent staffing alerts now reach the lock screen as Time Sensitive notifications — overtime callouts, sick and leave submissions, shortages, fatigue warnings, apparatus out of service, and critical tickets. Tap an alert to open the right screen, even if the app was closed or already open on another page. Department admin settings are available in the app for accounts that have access (billing stays on the web). Platform super admins can open Owner tools from their signed-in account. This build also includes the latest staffing, scheduling, and notification updates from the station product.
