Worse than the website
Signs you out often. If security is a concern then finger/face authentication should be used at app launch. Half of my screen is taken up by banners in the cart page so barely anything is displayed when scrolling. Most of that should hide when scrolling. App also feels slower than the mobile site and could use optimization.

Want to like but not likable
Useless search tool
The most integral part of the app is nearly wholly useless, the search is unusable.
Old app was better
Not a fan of this “upgrade”. Old app was far better. This was a step backwards in my opinion. It will log you out sometimes and you don’t know till you go to check out. Then when you log in it routes you through Rexell and dumps your cart that you just spent 40 minutes filing. Not good.
Can’t sign in
I can’t sign in to this janky app. I enter my account and password and it brings me back to the home page without logging me in. I can sign in to the Platt website on my browser but it always pushes the app on me. Why push your customers towards a system that doesn’t work?
