Missing animal photos
My baby loves this app but from Cockatoo onwards to the end of the animals, all the animal photos are missing. You can hear the sounds still but no photos. Can you please fix this issue so all animals can be seen? 9 animals in total are missing photos.
No sound when clicked
Hi developers, I am not able to hear sounds of animals when I click on flash cards. I have paid for the app but it’s not working. I tried uninstalling reinstalling the app but it’s not working. How do I request for refund.

After you’ve paid £5.99 for the what you have been led believe is the full package, it turns out that you need to pay a further £0.99 to remove adverts from the bottom of the screen, which are a constantly being selected by children.
Disappointed now
I thought I had paid $$ for the app without ads, but recently the ads have been popping up again. Please restore my ad free experience. All 4 of my 5 grandchildren (youngest is only 4 months so not into it just yet) love playing and have learned so much.

My toddler loves this app and we use it to play speech games to learn words. We love it!
