Gameball won’t connect
My boys love to play this. Unfortunately, we can no longer charge the gameball and Gameball actually isn’t sold anymore so we have no one to turn to for help.

Wish it worked on Apple TV
I downloaded this app to my Apple TV and when I want to do show down or party time it won’t do both ball like the app on the phone does and when I played off my phone I wouldn’t even play all the challenges because one ball sensor to tap work while the other does not ! I like the game it is just giving me problems

I bought one of these balls from the Apple store. Initially it worked well but as I found out later the ball was defective. I had a lot a success with the first ball I bought so I purchased 3 more. Recently the FIRST ball I purchased stopped charging. I then open one of the new unused balls and attempted to connect it. Not only will it not connect properly to my android phone but when it connects to the iPhone after the update complete it goes back to updating again. I initially reached out to support about the old ball and it’s ports and they have me some lame excuses about the warranty. I have reached out about the new issues I’m having with the new ball but have yet to hear back. When working this ball is great unfortunately support doesn’t level up to the product. I reached out to Apple where I purchased the product and they only back purchased for 30 days. $400 down the drain. Buy at your own risk as support for this product is VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Needs a better menu system
It’s frustrating that you can’t go back to the levels without returning to the home screen. It just keeps moving forward. Sometimes we would like to take a break for a second without pausing in the middle of a challenge.
Great app, but...
I love the ball, and the app, but sometimes when I open the app, it freezes on the screen that shows when you first open it. I can’t do anything, and the only solution is to delete the app and reinstall it. That causes me to lose all of my progress, and I have to start from the beginning (In impossible mode.)
