take my money and don’t book court

I bought a membership and they are still charging me for every booking I make. I also made a booking. They took my money yet the booking was not unsuccessful. I emailed them about this and no one replied there is no number to call and complain or try to resolve the issue

Don’t bother.

I don’t understand what the point of this app is. I’ve never, in nearly 2 years of having it, have ever been able to book a court on it. I’d say use the direct LTA website but even that is unbelievably painstaking. Maybe it’s some sort of conspiracy theory so nobody can play tennis and we’re all forced into padel.

Completely unusable

3 out of 4 of the screens on this app don’t even work. It’s impossible to book a court without it trying to make you pay even if you have an annual membership. Completely useless app

So impressed and thankful for a free activity and on great facilities too. Really enjoyed taking my son over there for his first hit about .

Problems with app

This app in theory is great and useful to book local courts, however the book function has stopped working and just kicks you out all the time. Needs some attention!!

App performs poorly more often than not

We often use the app to book a court. More than half of the time we use it, it takes multiple attempts to click through and successfully book. When court times are shown as available, many times the app will not allow you to make the booking, leading to a lot of frustration.

Doesn’t work

This app unfortunately does not allow me to book anything. I get to the booking page but it never progresses from there. I have to book via the website.

Payment issues

You are able to see which courts are available but unable to actually book as the payment never processes on the app

Buggy

Very frustrating! If you’ve purchased local annual membership the App becomes useless, it is meant to reflect £0.00 but it doesn’t (shows normal court price), if you continue to click through it does resolve to £0.00 but then doesn’t book the court.

Resolved this by not using this app and used ClubSpark’s Booker App which works fine.

Can’t even log in

Just found the app advertised on the LTA website, but I can’t even get it to log into my account. I thought it might’ve been easier than trying to navigate my way round the website.

It’s not even a software

App regularly asks to login with credentials which is very annoying. Pay pal isn’t working anymore for a couple of months. So, the app is basically unusable. It looks like it was done with the Year 1 students as a lab

Booking

Always get error Booking Unsuccessful something went wrong with your booking..... I'm using the same details as for the Booker app which work OK. Don't see the point of this app at the moment as it is easier to use the Booker app. There is no Help or option to contact the developer. Not the best app.

Online booking

Got annual membership but can book in app when it comes to payment it shows the price but when on checkout it shows £0 but while trying to process £0 payment phone vibrates and nothing happens.

I have to go to the web site which only lets me book 30 min slot when wanting to play for an hour got a membership as well and can’t even fully utilise it

You can’t book anything

I really like the app but the whole point is useless when you can’t even book anything. Instead I have to use the website to book which is clunky on my phone.

I’ve tried reaching out to someone about it but can’t figure out how.

Can’t book

Haven’t been able to use the app for the only reason I got it, to book courts. When clicking the final step it doesn’t book. Court and time is available as I then booked on a browser instead.
