Missing winnings and tickets

This game has lost my progress I was on level 331 and now it brought me down all the way to level 100, I won a total of $72 which I still have not received and also my video was chosen on a YouTube challenge. I never received the 25 tickets and now when I try to play …the games do not generate any entries. I’m so confused. Is the app broken or no?? you all do not communicate through the support option on the app nor do you respond to any emails, this is absurd. I continuously see others winning, but I still have not received my winnings.
