5 days ago they posted a message that the app would be down for 3 hours. It’s been too long. Please fix it.

Poor customer service

I’ve been trying to purchase more coins for well over a month now but I keep getting a message to contact support if items don’t download. They take my money but I get nothing. I’ve sent at least 4 messages to them with no response. Very disappointed as I like all the games. I’m going to find a new set of games to play and delete this one. Edit, (8/22/24) I bought coins today and the money came out of my bank but I never received the coins. Miserable administrators for this game. I tried to send message and it said I needed to submit it in English. Huh??? It was English. Then I sent email to the email address they provided and it bounced back as undeliverable. Pretty unethical way for them to make money!!!!
