Not even able to see my private key and stucked
I wasn’t able to use the app for many months and didn’t update the app for a while. When I login usual login email and wemix password it logged in but error authentication. So I’m not able to even see the private key landing page to copy it. Thought that updating the app would help but to my horror when I try my email it prompted me to login using the private key. How can I recover my account this way?

Poor update and client services
After update cannot login because private key, it was never asked before and it didn’t tell us new user to save the private key incase someday we might need it. Now the wallet stuck cannot log in and cant do anything to recover. So bad and poor update.
