Disappointed by the service staff
I had booked a court from playall and asked the staff to let me in at the time just before the booked time. Instead of refusing politely, he was arguing with me for any time constraints. There has to be a way of saying something. Disappointed with them.
Fraud alert
Fraud alert. I have booked four slots for 14 june but cancelled two slots due to unforseen reasons and was supposed to receive the credit to my wallet upon cancellation as mentioned in the app. However, I have not received any refund or credit for either of the cancelled slots till date.
I have already reached out to the PlayAll team regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any resolution. Moreover, my recent calls have gone unanswered.

FRAUD - taking money & no booking
we made booking with advance payment at 105 noida for cricket and than got a call saying the turf is under maintenance, even after so many calls no refund even play all team stopped responding… DONT BOOK using PLAYALL

Unable to log in or sign up
There is no sign up option in the app and it directly asks for log in. And when I entered the required credentials it’s reverting me back to the home page. I am getting the notifications for Otp, but the link isn’t working from there too
