Contact Support terrible service

Do not pay for subscription through Apple. They take your money and multitrack Contact support will not refund. They just tell you to pay again through their website. Even if you send them all the proof of active subscription and payment information.

2 problemas nos primeiros 10 minutos

Não consigo criar uma conta, porque nao recebo o email de verificação. Ai ja vemos a limitação da estrutura.. e ninguém do suporte fala comigo. Não há suporte. Uma decepção tendo em vista o tamanho da Multitracks. Cobram quase 80 reais por musica e é essa balburdia o sistema deles.

Hoping for an update to fix issues soon!

This app is great for our church, but on its current version repeats sections and frequently struggles. Wishing for the stability of the previous release once more!

Will Go Back to 5 Stars if they fix it!

The December update has introduced many glitches, most notably unexpected repeats in sections of edited songs. Our Church has had this issue on both IPads used almost every week since the update. Praying that there will be a fix soon!

작은 팀이다 보니 모든 악기를 채우기 어려웠고, 매주 비슷한 편성의 예배가 반복되는 게 늘 아쉬웠습니다. 플레이백을 사용하면서 필요한 악기만 선택해 사용할 수 있었으며 팀 규모에 맞게 사운드를 구성할 수 있다는 점이 정말 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 무엇보다 예배 중 사운드에 대한 부담이 줄어드니 팀 전체가 훨씬 예배에 집중할 수 있었고, 회중의 반응도 분명히 달라졌습니다. 예배의 본질을 해치지 않으면서 예배를 더 풍성하게 돕는 도구, 플레이백을 추천합니다.

Broke atm

Writing this review to let the team know that our app is broken - it is overlapping songs when not selected, repeating section when not asked - not on one device, but all the ones we have. hopefully a hot fix comes out before Christmas Eve!

A tool that opens up new possibilities

When you get a tool in your hands that can do everything you really need cloud songs, section editing, etc you find your small church is empowered to sound big, I love the simplicity of the app for intermediate beginner church musicians also.

money hungry Christians

They just removed the ability to edit a Sunday set list remotely uploaded to the cloud without a second seat of playback premium. I was using this to help them remotely because I don’t even go to that church. I just help because they have no one to help them. These people are vultures. it was literally perfect before they had to go and mess it up, now I can’t even do favors for my own tiny local church. They don’t have any volunteers that know how to do this. These people are just praying on whoever has the Church pocketbook. literally other churches that I volunteer at we’re doing the same thing so it’s not just my Church. Literally every church that I go to that uses playback was doing that. Do y’all really think I was a good idea? This was the perfect app for tiny churches. That one feature ruined it for everyone that goes to small churches with a tiny worship team.

Needs a minimal demo or trial mode

I needed to open this to play with it before I need to run it this week at a new location, but there’s no way to run it on Mac without paying for the subscription. Even just a limited demo or trial mode would be fine.

Horrível, não da pra mapear o teclado no iPad. O pad não da para mapear, o taping não da para mapear e o botão de mudar a pagina de trackings para buses e pads não consigo mais mapear, tem que usar touchscreen. Ficou horrível

Need more advanced features

This app is a great tool for a starting team, but lacks features that more advanced users miss coming from Logic or Ableton. The ability to fade tracks individually, or output the audio to an interface using separate channels or even pan left and right with a third out for the click and guide would be super helpful.

Let us add the click to anything if we solo it

When I was using playback I realized that the click/guide only works with all tracks on. Can you please make it were we can solo an instrument or the reference(the actual recording of the song) with the click and guide.
