Great Little A pp
This app is everything I was looking for in order to play music and short videos on my Apple Watch without being tied to a streaming service. The files are stored right on the watch’s memory so that you aren’t tethered to your phone. Using Google Drive I was able to upload my favorite files to the Watch Player app without any issues. Only encountered one small issue on the video playback to which the developer’s support was very responsive. And if that wasn’t enough, at four bucks this was the best bargain that I have ever gotten in the Apple Store. No monthly subscription charges, no ads, no nagging pop ups for upgrades. I highly recommend this app without reservations.

Can’t sync anything unless the app is on the display of the watch, can’t even see the minute and second of the song?? Really? Just a play button on screen all the time, no info?

Tried a number of music players for Apple Watch and this is the best I have found
Ok it’s not free but it’s hardly expensive and the support is excellent

Bonne app de musique pour votre montre
Cette application permet d’enregistrer sur votre montre des musiques déjà enregistrées sur votre iPhone (local ou Cloud). Autrement dit, si vous « téléchargez » des MP3 via YouTube, c’est ce qu’il vous faut pour libérer de l’espace sur votre IPhone.
Les commandes sur la montre sont assez intuitives et faciles à manipuler malgré la petite taille de l’écran. Le temps de transfert sur la montre peut être un peu long si vous uploadez trop de morceaux a la fois. Pensez juste à garder votre montre au poignet tout au long du processus, car si elle tombe en veille ou se verrouille pendant le transfert, il faudra tout recommencer…

Not quite there
The app works well until it doesn’t and is a bit incoherent. It perpetually says transferring even for tracks transferred. Some tracks just won’t transfer for no given reason or error. Please make a watch version that doesn’t require iPhone and can reliably transfer from a local network drive that requires authentication. The phone app is the problem and Apple doesn’t allow installation of the Player app by family members to the watch directly.

This fills an infuriatingly bad workflow by Apple for simply listening to content offline on the Apple Watch. Works well for me, transfer isn’t super fast but playback is including over AirPods.

Bei dem Versuch 20 kleine m4b Dateien auf die Uhr zu syncen wurden über 8 Stunden 5 davon übertragen. Danach passiert nichts mehr. Auch über Nacht wird nichts übertragen. Das war eine komplette Geld Verschwendung. Würde gerne null Sterne geben.

Doesn’t work for video from ios photos
I’m trying to transfer a 500MB video from ios photos app, and it never transfers to the watch, even when the loading circle stops, nothing shows on the watch. Even using the compression function to get it down to less than 200MB, the video still will not transfer to the watch, even after 48 hours.
Transferring the same file via a Mac through the files interface for an iphone in finder, does work.

Playlist sorting
Great app. But please make it possible to sort songs in the playlist manually.
A music player that can’t play your music in the order you want to hear it in!
This would be a great app if I could actually listen to my music in the order I want it in. It’s either ascending, date, or file size. This makes no sense.
Lacks folder support
Almost there! Please add folder support for larger music collections. Otherwise really good app!

음악 제목을 자유롭게 편집할 수 있도록 해줬으면 좋겠어요.
아이폰 파일에 들어가서 원하는 음악 파일을 이 앱으로 공유하면 아이폰 파일에 저장되어 있는 제목으로 나오는게 아니라 원래 파일 이름(이름 바꾸기 전 파일명)으로 자동 바뀌어요. 그래서 저는 음악 파일 제목을 원래 파일명말고 이름 바꾼 파일명으로 음악 파일을 추가하고 싶어요. 예를 들면 (기존 파일명: 시크릿 - 별빛달빛 [가사/Lyrics] >> 파일 이름을 바꾸었을 때 <수정된 파일명>: 시크릿 - 별빛달빛 🌟💖🌕) 기존 파일명이 마음에 들지 않아서 원하는 파일명으로 이름을 바꾸고 싶은 것 뿐인데 그걸 아직도 지원하지 않는다는 것이 너무 아쉽습니다. 즉 제 말은 음악 파일을 이 앱에 추가해서 애플워치로 전송하면 원래 파일명(위 예처럼 파일을 수정해도 수정하기 전 원래 파일명으로 노래 제목이 나옴.)으로 노래 제목이 나와서 상당히 불편합니다. 빠른 시일 내로 원래 파일명말고 이름을 바꾼 파일명(수정 및 편집된 파일명)이 노래 제목으로 나올 수 있게 새로운 기능을 추가해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Best $4 ever spent. One of, if not, the only app out there that allows playback of both music AND video through the watch speakers.
The best part? It supports watch OS 8! Meaning that even the older watches get to benefit from this.
