You never cash out. When you go to the rewards screen it pretends to verify your account but you cannot scroll down to get your payout. I worked my way to level 300 for nothing
They don’t want to pay
I finished all the tasks in 2 days and I was flagged, banned and they closed my account for being playing significantly faster that’s possible for the app. I read all the terms and policies, it says nothing about being faster. This company sucks and they make every excuse not to pay out.

Earned $200 went to cash out, said email confirmation takes 24 hours to finish the process, never got it so I went back to the app and was banned for violating their TOS allegedly, without any proof. You would think after two+ years of being an app that they would have better tracking and security. Justin Beck should be held accountable.

Tasks pop up and once you click and claim, then use the promo codes the app provides it doesn’t track progress and the task magically disappears. Support is no help. Beware of the fake reviews for money.
Don’t waste your time
The rewards deleted for me twice. Completed the goals and the app didn’t recognize the goals being completed.

Super weird that I’m watching a TikTok video midway and a advertisement pops up to confirm my age to download this. Looks fishy. Sounds fishy.

I checked my settings to make sure tracking on all platforms was on it was. Waited over an hour for the verifying installation got to level 36 in Yarn Loop! And it never finished installing on Playful rewards to allow me to get points. I even left my phone up while I was sleep so over 9 hours total never installed to allow me to get credit and it was STILL loading. I go to check their reviews and somehow their bad reviews are 5 stars? I’ll be reporting this app I have photos to prove this app is a scam and I bet most these good reviews are BOTS

Beware The app is a scam after finding out I tried deleting my data off the account and it won’t allow I reached out to their tech support and was told there is no way to delete it They will not delete your account or your data Why Apple allows this app to be in the store is beyond me The reviews are fake

Not what i expected
It takes forever to cash out! You have to reach $50 before cashing out & it literally takes days maybe even weeks. It’s nothing like free cash. Free cash is fast with payouts & you only have to earn $5. Free cash is where it’s at. Only gave 4 stars so my review can be seen.

SCAM!! They have kept thousands from people!
So I started making money on this app but EVERY time I went to do a cash out it wouldn’t come. The survey site and game sites PAY them to PAY us. I’d have to fight with them to get my money. Sometimes for weeks. I got to where I had 50 to cash out- I cashed out and did not receive it. I went back and forth with them and finally reported them to the government fraud site. Within DAYS after doing that they said “we are sorry it was our mistake your account is back up and running!” I took that as “everything was fixed and maybe it was a bug” I started doing the same thing. I cashed out 20 bucks and had worked 8 hours in between shows. Next thing I know right after I cash out AGAIN they shut my account down AGAIN even after admitting fault saying i was using a VPN. I’ve never used a vpn in my life!
