I downloaded and signed up last month and was able to verify and cash out one time. Today my entire account and profile is gone. All of my points, games in play and their progress deleted. I tried to sign back in and nothing it’s not even registering my email and starting me over from scratch. I’m so disappointed and frustrated because I was only 10000 points from being able to cash out again. This app sucks !!!!

I played this game up until I reached my goal, got a notification that I received my $30 reward and inc right click on the notification the whole app freezes and basically starts me completely over ….

200 payout if I complete 100 levels. Once I completed the 100 levels it said I have to complete 3000 levels. Deleted this app for wasting my time.

Why?!
I had been engaging with the app and enjoying it very much! I tried to verify my identity and it told me my phone number was tied to another account. I contacted customer service and they said they fixed it and I should be able to complete my verification, but when I tried to log in the app said my account had been deleted. The reason listed is “This action was taken due to integrity policy violation, including but not limited to activity that does not meet program requirements.” I’m sorry, what? I asked customer service what was going on but no response. I’ll change to 5 stars if they fix it. Beware. Apparently you can get banned for no reason.

They Banned you if you don’t complete things
So, Apparently I’m banned and I’ve never actually used the app I used it 4years ago and never opened it again but when I do I’m banned for no particular reason.

This one is a SCAM! I have had issues with milestone rewards not being given. After the first time they were able to give me the missing rewards but told me I had to stop playing that game and do another. So I did and now after spending money and playing non stop on this other game (because I’m close to a $200 reward) my milestones rewards are not transferring. They tell me oh well move to another game even though I have proof. I requested to cash out my $150 so let’s see if I even get it.

TikTok pop up
I was watching a video on TikTok. I got a pop up that looked like an official TikTok pop up. That stated I was selected for their trial program to watch videos and get paid. I verified my age. Continued. And it brought me to this app. Very misleading. Why lie to bring ppl to your app?
Why was my account banned and how do I make a new one
My account was banned I don’t know why I think it was because I forgot I had the app and didn’t use it but now I wanna start doing it again and I can’t because i got banned I think it’s a pretty unfair rule for a app to have this.
