Not user friendly or supported
Constantly crashes with error messages.
Support only comes in the manner of blaming the user for all software errors.
Constant emails and you get nowhere.
Expensive license fees for an app that doesn’t work on an infrequent basis so you use the website which then doesn’t carry all the data through.
Have been using for the last six months through two different companies and log ins.
Product has good basis but needs major improvement.
