You can only view tickets not change or swap. Changed dates on website went to app next day app doesn’t reflect change

Logged in. No tickets shown. Waited 24 hrs. Nothing. Emailed support. No respond. Easier to just use the browser instead of this horrible designed app.

No place to add parking to apple wallet.

Jason with great patience worked with me to teach me to use this tool. The app does give me the opportunity to easily work with my ticketed events and find out what’s happening at the theaters. Without Jason’s patient tutoring and keen technical skills I would not be using this innovation.

Loading your code, and transferring your code to others, is absolutely horrific. I’d rather go back to paper if this is what technology delivers.

It was a lot of work typing out all these codes for tickets and parking. Maybe utilize technology or bar codes which would make the process so much faster.

Great Tool for Ticketing
Finally, no more loosing tickets or hoping the US Mail doesn’t lose them. This app is a great addition for a great theater complex, number 1 in the world!
New ticket process is terrible
Having to type in 4 different, complex, 7 character codes to retrieve my tickets is way too cumbersome.

We have to find a way to bundle these tickets (like Flash Seats or Ballpark etc). Putting in 6 codes for 4 tickets and 2 parking passes takes too long.
Difficult to maneuver
Can’t find a log out click. My tickets were not there so I thought perhaps I used a wrong account/password. Had to delete the app to get out of it. Tried again and got in but no tickets were there. I have tickets that I can see on the website. Asked for a ticket code. I don’t see any code other than the order number and that doesn’t fit. I’ll just use Apple wallet as that is easier to work in.
