App is so buggy #NEW#
For some reason the app is so buggy, slow, unresponsive, and overall just a terrible experience. I’ve never dealt with it before on previous updates. Please fix! List: 1. Typing is slow 2. Going into a channel/room is slow 3. App struggles to keep up with the live chat 4. Everything bugged/slow iPhone Software: 16.5 iPhone: iPhone 11 Pro Max. (This issue was never fixed).. I’ve come with more issues: Issue #1: When making a account with Phone Number and you try to submit a ticket it says “Please login your email account” but there’s no function in the app to add-on your email. Issue #2: When using the chat feature with friends the message logs are being deleted when going from data to wifi and vice versa. Suggestions: #1: Background color change from white to black #2: Delete chats function #3:

Amazing app
I’ve had this app for a long time and it’s really good, I’ve talked to lots of people and played many games with lots of people, it’s a really good app for meeting people and for finding someone to play games with, I highly recommend, it’s really fun and entertaining. Five stars
Kinda bad tho
My friend introduced me to this voice chat game, here’s little kids younger than me cussing up a storm and saying bad things that you can’t even imagine, and other people cussing and saying the n word which is pretty inappropriate. I’m 11 and I’m hearing kids cussing and I’m just astonished about how they can cuss without getting in trouble.
Parents if you see your having this app, just letting you know that they are doing bad stuff on there and delete it right away.
And this game should be family friendly fyi, I can’t even imagine about how I’m hearing kids saying stuff like that. This game should be taken down immediately for kids faking their age, and saying something bad.

very glitchy
so my first impressions on this app was very good. Until I started joining stuff that went smooth but after having it for 3 days it started getting very glitchy. I don’t know if this is a bug or not but when I start a room I can’t really see people who are in there but are just invisible. I tried redownloading it but that didn’t fix the problem. I asked a few people about it and they said they had the same problem. Please fix it.

How much I love this app
I love this app so much I just started useing it and I’m already meeting new people I think this app is really cool and helpful not only can you find people to play different games with there’s a chill room where u can just hang out and chat I really love this app and that’s why I gave it a 5 star 👍🏾

Laggy, and the chats
Mostly, with my experience I’ve found that this app can be really laggy, Once you enter a room sometimes you’ll find yourself frozen on the app. And aswell as the chats sent whenever you follow someone. When you follow someone on playhouse you will get a immediate response saying “hey wassup, I just followed you. Let’s chat~” which makes it seem like bots and I immediately block them. But overall great app, great people.

I tried to go on playhouse and it wasn’t working so I deleted it once and I was able to log back on, but then it started messing up again, so I deleted it and I tried to log back in but it didn’t let me and it keeps saying error t try again later and I did but it didn’t work.
Accounts
I think you should be able to let people people who make multiple accounts access them so they don’t have to lose anything like chats. I was curious tonight to see if you can go into more than one account like snap chat, unfortunately you can’t. I’m kinda sad about it because I made some amazing friends but trying to get back into multiple accounts only made it worst. So if it’s ok if you can make that a thing please so it’s easier to not lose progress please and thank you.

Bad moderation and bugs
There are a lot of kids on the app from 8-13 who send inappropriately chats and images. It is disturbing Expecially if you are on the older side. I am also a moderator in one of the channels and I can’t do my job correctly when I can’t send pictures, to those above me. I have sent the support team 3 different emails about how I am missing a button to send pictures that I used to have. And I have not gotten a reply in more than a week. The app was fun at first but now I’m thinking about uninstalling if the bug doesn’t get corrected. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM

Perfect
Playhouse is really good when you can argue with people because you don’t like stuff they like. I joined a chat and 2 people were arguing of roblox because this guy killed another guy. It was kinda funny because one time they just blasted inappropriate music.
I don’t have much of an opinion
This app has poor moderation. There has been multiple occasions of grooming and adults asking people under the age of 18 for nudes, I’ve reported many of those people and yet action still has yet to take place. I feel like you guys should try stepping up on moderation for as I said it can be improved, for child predators and groomers are getting away with it. Please fix it, please and thank you.

I have been using this app for only 2 DAYS and i already love it
Unlike. TIYA the messages actually work and theres no free trial you have to do and there is a group for basically EVERYTHING.
Overall this app is a must get if you are looking to find people to play games with,or just have a conversation!

good app,
Me and my brother both got this app. I stopped using it because I got bored of it. My bother kept using it everything was fine until he showed me to scroll up on this I done know what it was I think a group chat. It had all these graphic imagines and just these bad gorey images. My brother said he almost threw up. I kept scrolling up on these images. I was disgusted honestly. Its a great app, But they needs fix on pictures they should and shouldn’t share.

Bugs
I absolutely love this app. But please take notice in all the bugs. Me and my friends and some other people are experiencing bugs which is causing disturbance in us going on the app. It makes it hard to communicate and even use the app. Also, please add group chats for dms, that would be cool. So when I joined I was confused on what to do, but then I started getting used to it! I started a Minecraft server and then once 4 people joined we made the server private. I had fun and i joined a realm with a bunch of people building stuff!
